The hotel has two buildings: the main building with a magnificent bay view and the Hermes Annexe, located 60 meters away, offering views of the surrounding area and the sea. All rooms in the main building are on 3 floors with external stairs; the Hermes Annexe has rooms on 2 floors with external stairs. Each room includes a private bathroom, flat-screen TV, refrigerator, and a balcony or terrace - top-floor rooms provide direct sea views and a private balcony.

Breakfast is served on a patio overlooking the beach, with a selection of hot and cold items including local yogurt, fruits, and Greek pastries. The restaurant offers Greek traditional dishes for dinner, and the bar serves drinks and snacks throughout the day.
